At DGx Creators, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, training programs, and recruitment support to all our clients and learners. We value the trust you place in us and aim to maintain transparency in all financial transactions. However, as most of our services involve personalized efforts, digital deliverables, or immediate access to materials, all payments made to DGx Creators are generally non-refundable once the project, onboarding, or service has commenced.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as accidental or duplicate payments, or if the service or course you enrolled in has not started within the agreed timeline and no alternative arrangement has been provided. Additionally, if a user chooses to cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any access or resources have been shared, a refund may be initiated after review.

Payments related to completed services, delivered tasks, internship or training programs that have already begun, or subscription-based services after the first delivery are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will also not be issued for delays or disruptions caused by a user’s inaction, lack of communication, or failure to provide necessary information on time.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please reach out to us at info@dgxcreators.in with your full name, payment reference or transaction ID, date of payment, and reason for the request. Our team will review your case within 5–7 business days, and if the request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case you have not received your refund after approval, please check with your bank or payment provider for possible processing delays. If the issue persists, you may contact us directly at the same email address for assistance.
